Job description, responsibilities and duties
YOUR MISSION
Ensure conformity with Group HR policies, best practices, employees motivation and skills in accordance with the operational and strategic objectives of the group.
YOUR MAIN ROLE WITH US
- HR Data/KPI Analysis and consequently implementation of improvement and corrective actions
- Manage and take care of payroll data (together with external services provider) and on time payments to employees
- Coordinate the processes of Training & Development
- Ensure the alignment of tasks and be a active element on teams Performance Management
- Develop and collaborate in Recruitment & Selection processes and identification of resource needs
- Promote and implement engagement, motivation and retention activities
- Ensure performance improvement processes as well as employee discipline and grievances
- Ensure that all global policies and procedures are adjusted to the local legislation and effectively implemented
- Ensure the alignment of HR procedures with the automotive, quality and HS&E standards
- Support the business development with strategic and operational HR inputs
- Elaborate the necessary market studies in terms of HR Trends, compensation and benefits
- Coordinate Job Analysis, replacements and internal mobility of employees
- Ensure the accomplishment of company internal regulation and standards
