Job description, responsibilities and duties

YOUR MISSION

Develops financial & controlling well-being of the company by providing financial projections, preparing analysis and provide reports.

YOUR MAIN ROLE WITH US

• Production controlling: monthly closures - variances (Material Reconciliation, Sales Reconciliation, HC Reconciliation, IP...) calculation, analyzing, explaining.
• Responsibilities in the end of month report, ensuring that all costs are classified according to LucaNet, Accruals and deferrals, Conferences, Turnover, Stocks.
• Perform the procedures including involvement of the management and doing the Budget monthly control: Proceed monthly elaboration of financial statements, management information maps to internal report, balance sheet and income statement, perform analyzes and issue a periodical reporting and margin analysis to CFO.
• Support elaboration of annual budget, forecast and updates of business plan.
• Monthly/Yearly closure (IFRS16, P&L, B&L preparation, LucaNet Reporting cross-check).
• Execution of internal cost accounting: Standard costs calculation for local accounting purposes & RFQ (in cooperation with engineering).
• Support to prepare all information need to transfer pricing file.
• Support implementation and optimization of processes and procedures.
• Support special projects / management topics, e.g. strategy, special analyses, ERP change/implementation.
• Coordinate on-site accounting process and internal/external financial audits.
• Control Suppliers and Customers Accounts - Analysis of current accounts of suppliers and customers, preparation the payment plan for suppliers, preparation transfers, answer to supplier, Customer overdues reporting.
• Be the main point of contact between banks-company and other external audits-company (Auditors, Tax entities, others).
• Coordinate the annual physical site inventory.

Educational Specialization

University degree in Business Administration, Economy, Finance or similar

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
